Assembly
1.  Fold 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Island Indigo card stock at score line to create card base.
2.  Adhere 5-1/4” x 4” white card stock to front.
3.  Use black ink to stamp Zen Waves background stamp onto 5-1/8" x 3-7/8" patterned paper; adhere over white card stock.
4.  Cut seahorse from Soft Succulent Shimmer Paper; use liquid glue to adhere seahorse as shown.
5.  Sentiment:
    * Cut two smallest shapes from Layering Diorama dies: the smallest shape from Bermuda Bay card stock; the larger one from Island Indigo card stock.  Adhere smaller shape over larger shape.
    * Use black ink to stamp sentiment on Vellum card stock; heat emboss with clear embossing powder.  Sponge liquid glue onto back of Vellum card stock and adhere over Layering Diorama shapes.
    * Use foam tape or hexagons to pop up sentiment, overlapping seahorse as shown.
6.  Add self-adhesive gems (the smallest is the eye of the seahorse; the other two are placed randomly).
7.  OPTIONAL:  To make starfish stand out, color with something shiny or glimmery (sample uses gold Wink of Stella).

Inside
8.   Adhere 5-1/4" x 4" Bermuda Bay card stock to inside of card.
